When you first use your Android phone you need to signed in to your Google account and by default, your contacts sync with your Google account. Any contacts you have deleted on your Android phone that will go to the Google Contacts trash folder.
- Open a web browser and go to contacts.google.com.

Remember, this method only works if you’ve synced your phone’s contacts with your Google account. If not, you might need to use third-party apps or professional services.
How to Get Deleted Numbers Back on a Samsung Phone?
On a Samsung phone you can easily recover deleted contacts because there’s a handy recycle bin area that stores this information. With in 30 days you have to recover deleted phone number otherwise it will be disappears forever after 30 days of deletion of contacts.
- First go to the Settings of your Samsung phone.
- Select ‘Battery and device care’ and then ‘Storage.’
- From the Recycle bin section, you can tap on ‘Contacts.’
