  • First you have to know how to turn on USB debugging on your android device :

To turn on USB debugging first you have to open the ‘settings’ on your phone. Go to the developer options. If you don’t see the developer option then you can turn on this USB debugging by going to the option ‘about phone’. After that tap on the build number 7 times till you see ‘you are now a developer’. Next toggle developer option on. Then you can find the USB debugging and turn it on.

  • How to turn on scheduled power on :

If your android device supports schedule power on/off, then you can use this by go to the settings and turn it on to automate power on and off. If you think that your power button is not working properly, then before damage your power button you can turn on this scheduled power on . So that if your power button is damaged and your device shuts down, then it will boot up at a pre set time. To turn on this schedule power button go to your ‘settings’ option and search for ‘scheduled power on/off’ in search bar. After that turn on the ‘power on’ button and set the time you want it to power on every day.

You can also unlock your android device without power button. If your power button is not working then your android device is either in one state or it may be switched off.

  • If your device is off then how you can restart your device with broken power button :

After all your charge is depleted then you can connect with your charger to restart your device . Also you can try to press volume button in different combinations for the recovery menu. In recovery menu you can found the power button. You can click on the power button and select the option ‘reboot system now’.
You can also connect your android device to your pc or laptop through USB cable, this can also reboot your device.

  • If your device is on then how you can unlock your device :

Unlock your device in switched on mode is quite easier. You can connect the charge or you can use USB cable to turn on the screen. You can also try to calling your device from another number to turn on the screen. If you have fingerprint sensor you can easily with the touch of finger tip you turn on the screen.

Also your device have double tap to wake feature, then you can enables the feature to wake your screen with the double tap on your screen.

You can also use some apps that can compensate with your power button. You can use the app to turn on/off the screen. To use this type of app first you have to untick the app from the list and device administrator in settings.
