How to Lock Album and Gallery on Samsung Galaxy?
- Open the Gallery of your Samsung phone.
- Tap on the three line Menu on bottom right corner of the screen.
- From Menu select the option Settings and your Gallery settings page will open.
- Scroll down and select the option ‘About Gallery’, tap to open it.
- Here, you will see the Gallery Version. Tap several time on Version number untill a message appears that saying ‘Gallery labs will be enabled’.
- Then, just press back button once and you will see the new option ‘Gallery labs’.
- Open gallery labs, where you will see several options, make sure the album entry locks is enabled.
- Now, close your Gallery app on recent apps and again open your Gallery.
- From gallery select the album which you want to lock.
- After selecting the album, long press over it to click on More and below you will see the different options.
- Click on the tree dot on right bottom and a pop-up Menu will appear.
- From Menu select the option ‘Lock album’ and you are done.
How To Unlock Album?
- To remove lock option, first open Gallery of your Samsung Galaxy.
- You will see the lock album, just open the lock album by entered password.
- Click on the 3 dot on upper right corner of the screen and a Menu will open.
- From Menu select the option ‘Unlock album’ and the lock will be removed from your album.
