- If you want to get a duplicate ration card without visiting any office, then first you have to file a report (FIR) for your lost or stolen ration card at your nearest police station.
- Keep a copy of the FIR, as it will be required while filing an application in the future.
- After filing the FIR, go to the Food and Supplies Department office of your district.
- From there, get an application form for a duplicate ration card and fill it with correct information.
- Along with the form, you will need to submit a copy of the FIR, an identity document (Aadhaar card, voter ID, etc.), proof of residence, and a passport-sized photograph.
- Pay the applicable fee along with the application and submit the form to the office.
- After a few days of processing, your duplicate ration card will be ready. You can get it from the concerned office or your government ration shop.

- After filling all the information, submit the form.
- After submitting your application, you can also check the status of your application on the same website. Your duplicate ration card will be ready within a few days.
