1. Create Your Backup
Before switching if you don’t create a backup, you risk losing all your data. Creating a backup means restore your data when migrating to normal WhatsApp. After installing the normal WhatsApp your backup data will get migrated. To migrate your data, you must use the same phone number.
To create a WhatsApp backup, first you have to open your WhatsApp business app and click on the horizontal ellipsis on the top. After that click on the “Settings”. In settings click the “Chats” option and tap the “Chat backup”. Lastly, click the “Backup” option. With a backup file created, proceed to the next step.

2. Download The Normal WhatsApp

3. Install Normal WhatsApp
Once the WhatsApp download is completes, you can installed it to your phone. After that open the installed WhatsApp and start the setup by entering your phone number. When you first open the app, you have to enter the same phone number and enter your details. When you enter the number a verification code will be sent to the added number as an SMS. As you can’t use the same phone number on different accounts, once your phone number gets verified you will get logged from the WhatsApp business account.
4. Restore the Backup
After grant WhatsApp necessary permission and verified your number, you can proceed with the backup process. WhatsApp will detect the backup you have created earlier and prompt you on what to do with the backup. When it detects your backup, click on the “Continue” option to retrieve the backup.
5. Complete The Setup
After you have restored your data, continue with the installation. Enter your WhatsApp name and profile picture, and add the about details. Once the setup completed your standard WhatsApp will be active and running with your data restored, that includes the chats you had in your WhatsApp business account.
