WhatsApp has rolled out a feature that allows users to run two different accounts on the same app on the same phone. WhatsApp android beta version brings the multi account feature, which allows users to use multiple WhatsApp account on the same app. Go through this article and know how you can run two WhatsApp account in one smartphone without clone or parallel space app.
Before get started you must be on WhatsApp beta inorder to get this feature.
How to Use two WhatsApp Account?
- Open your WhatsApp app on your mobile.
- Click on that profile picture at the top right corner of the screen.
- After that click on that small down arrow at the right side of your name.
- At the bottom of the screen you will see the “Add account” option.
- Click on Add account and new WhatsApp settings page will open.
- Click on Agree and continue button at the bottom.
- Enter your new phone number and tap on Next below.
- Then add your name and profile picture and tap on Next.
- Follow the prompts to accept or deny the permissions and you have added a second WhatsApp account on your phone.
- After that you can start chatting with your new WhatsApp account in the same app and on the same mobile.
How to Switch Between Accounts?
You can easily switch between the two accounts.
- Whenever you want to switch the account click on the three dots Menu at the upper right corner of the screen.
- It will then open a drop-down Menu.
- From menu below the settings option you will see the the option “Switch Accounts” click on that.
How to Remove Account?
At any time you can remove an account from your device. Removing an account doesn’t delete your WhatsApp account.
- To remove an account, open your WhatsApp app and tap on the three dot and a drop-down Menu will open.
- From menu select the Settings option.
- From Settings menu, select the option Account, tap to open it.
- Then select the option Remove account and tap on Confirm to confirm that you want to remove account from your device.
