According to the report, 11.48 crore PAN Cards have not yet been linked with Aadhaar. The government has received Rs 601.97 crore from this fine.

How to Pay Fine Online to Reactivate your PAN Card?

  • Open the e-filing portal to pay the fine and go to the “Link Aadhar.”
  • Enter PAN and Aadhaar number. Pay a penalty of Rs 1000 from e-pay tax.
  • Link Aadhaar with PAN after payment.
  • Then, go to “Quick Link” on the website to know the status of Pan-Aadhaar link.
  • You can get information about your status by entering your PAN and Aadhaar number there.
