- If you want to get a PVC voter ID card online, then first visit the official website of Election Commission of India at eci.gov.in .
- On the homepage of the website click on the tab “Voter ID Card”.
- Then, click on the link “Apply for EPIC”.
- After that select the “Form 8” and enter your details such as old voter card number, your name, date of birth, adress and other important details.
- Then scan your passport size photo and upload it along with your present adress details.
- Then make payment of ₹30 online and finally click on submit button.
How to Apply for New PVC Voter ID Card Offline?
- To get PVC voter ID card offline, you have to visit your nearest election commission office and fill the Form No 8 with all the required details there.
- Submit the form along with the necessary photocopies of your documents.
- Then make payment of ₹30 and you will get your New PVC Voter ID Card with in 50 to 60 days of your applying.

- Next login there and enter your application number.
