YouTube Officially Launched Its New YouTube Partner Program (YPP) For Short Video Monetization In India

YouTube has finally made its new YouTube Partner Program (YPP) that officially launch on 20 September 2022 at 11:00 pm. YouTube creators whose channel was not being monetized or who were unable to get their channel monetized, for them YouTube has finally changed its YouTube Partner Program YPP Criteria (Barrier). New Update for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP)
YouTuber who had an unmonetized channel or who have had trouble monetizing their channels
YouTube has finally changed its YouTube Partner Program YPP Criteria (Barrier). YouTube officially launched their new YouTube Partner Program (YPP) on 20 September 2022 at 11:00 pm.
YouTube Partner Program that is the YouTube Shorts India will be implemented from January 2023. Monetize criteria for the short video, creator must have 1000 subscribers and 10 million views in 90 days or 3 months. In case those who make lengthy videos, they should have 1000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time in a year. By uploading short videos, if YouTube creators sign up for the YouTube Partner Program to monetize their channel, they can also upload longer videos and will monetize that long video also.
Super Thanks Update for YouTube 2022
You Tube announces that all the creators who upload short videos will receive the Super Thanks features. Super thanks will be included in the Shorts Video. From starting in January 2023 it will be introduced in India through YouTube. In this feature those who subscribed to the channel, watching the video can make a donation through Super Thanks and that will benefit the creators.
How will YouTube Shorts Video creator get money?
The criteria required for eligibility with Monetize that should be 10 million views and 1000 subscribers in the 90 days or 3 months. From January 2023, YouTube Shots Video’s (Revenue) Show will get funding from advertisements. For example, if a viewer is watching shots videos, two aids will sleep in between after watching five videos. So the videos from the five creators have been viewed and each one creators will receive a portion of the money (revenue),money will be divided among those five creators.
When will implement this new YouTube Partner Program (YPP) rule in India
The new YouTube policy governing the YouTube Partner Program about monetization of short videos was announced on September 20, 2022. It will be effective in India from first week of January 2023 and all the information above will be applicable.
