How to Calculate Real Maximum Capacity?
- To calculate the real maximum capacity of your iPhone battery, open your phone calculator and input the number of cycle count.
- For example if your last _value_cycle count is 390, them multiply it by 20, because according to the Apple, after 500 cycles we loose 20%, then divided by 500 that is 390×20÷500 = 15.6%. The output of this calculation is the percentage lost in the battery health, then substracted to 100. That is 100−15.6= 84.4%
- After the calculation the final number is the actual maximum battery capacity vs the iPhone is showing you in the battery settings. In this case, not the 88% but the 84.4% is your actual maximum battery capacity. Extreme temperature, frequent fast charging and using the device while charging can affect battery health.
