If you have a PhonePe account that either deactivated or blocked and now you want to reactivate or unblock that account, then go through this article and know how you can recover your PhonePe account.
How to Recover PhonePe Account?
Reactivate a Deactivated Account
- Open the PhonePe app or go to the support website.
- Tap on ‘Contact us.’ Enter your registered mobile number and tap on ‘Next.’
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and tap on ‘Submit’ and then ‘Get Help.’
- Tap on ‘Unable to Login’, then select ‘Reactivate Account’ if your account is deactivated.
- If your account was deactivated for more than 30 days, you will need to submit additional details for reactivation.
Unblock a Blocked Account?
- To unblock your block account first open the PhonePe app or a web browser.
- Go to the Help section and tap on ‘Contact us.’
- Enter your registered mobile number and tap on ‘Next.’
- Enter the OTP sent to your number to log in.
- After that go back to the previous screen and select ‘Unable to use PhonePe.’
- Tap on ‘Account is Blocked’ and create the support ticket. You should receive a response within five working days.
Important
- Use the Correct Registered Number: You must use the mobile number that is registered with your PhonePe account to initiate the recovery process.
- Check for Server Issues: If you are having trouble with the app, check if there are any server issues or if the app needs to be updated.
- Get Contact Support: If you face persistent issues, contact PhonePe customer care for the fastest resolution.
- Verify Identity: PhonePe may require you to verify your identity with OTP or other KYC details to regain access to your account.
